RTCLab – a software company supported by Black Pearls VC, has launched its first service inthe Software as Service model. Their latest product is an advanced audio and videocommunication platform, particularly designed for organizing webinars and online conferences.
Our goal was to launch a fully refined product, because we didn’t want to enter the market with a solution that hasn’t been fully developed. That’s why we’ve created a comprehensive platform suitable for most of audio and video interactions conducted on the web, with a special emphasis on webinars, which gain enormous popularity these days. Even though the market seems to be saturated with similar products, our solution clearly distinguishes from others with a wide range of personalization options that are highly appreciated by companies interested in testing our product. Moreover, already at the beginning phase and shortly after entering the market, we’ve already received positive feedback from our clients.

Safety was our main concern while working on the product. We had to be sure that during webinars and meetings organized through LiveWebinar, the data would be safe from leaks or unauthorized access. To achieve safety goals, we used an authentication process for a single sign-in. To efficiently secure every connection we’ve also implemented a double SSL encryption with validation.

The new solution is available in the white-label model. Pricing plans start from 48 PLN (about 10 EUR) per month (PRO plan with up to 100 attendees in a room). Companies having a larger audience should consider the BUSINESS plan (up to 500 attendees in a room for 364 PLN, about 85 EUR).Other options include adapting the maximum number of participants and file storage to preferences (CUSTOM plan) or individual pricing plans for enterprises (ENTERPRISE plan).The widest range of customizable features is available in the BUSINESS and CUSTOM plans, which include recording meetings in FULL HD, extra room subdivisions, creating subaccounts, tracking attendees or mass invitations.
